Your web hosting subscription is your main package of services that provides your website, site-builder, email etc. Domain names are renewed separately (you will be able to renew one domain name for free after you renew your hosting). When your web hosting subscription is due for renewal, we will send you an email like the one below…

Renewing is easy … just log on to your control panel at https://cp.webhosting.ie

 

If there are orders waiting or payment, you will see a red warning flag under ‘Orders and Invoices’ …

Click on ‘Pay Now’ to renew.

Select the order you wish to pay for and Click ‘Next’

The total amount to be paid will be shown. If there is already a credit card on the account, you can select that, otherwise you can select ‘Add New Card’ to enter new card details. We recommend to select the ‘Use new card in future for automatic payments’ option so your account renews automatically in the future.

Double-check that the details are correct and click ‘Next’ to complete the order.

 

Processing maye take some time (you can check back to view the order status). When your order has been processed, you will be sent a (PAID) VAT Invoice and also a domain registration coupon code, to the email address on your account.
